We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Advisor to run strategy calls with residential building company owners and help qualified prospects decide whether TPB is the right next step.
This is a role for someone who can lead a serious commercial conversation, diagnose business problems, challenge limiting beliefs, handle objections, and close with integrity.
What This Role Could Do For You
- This is a high-trust sales role inside a fast-growing global coaching company with strong marketing, warm lead flow, proven frameworks, and a serious commitment to performance.
- You will be speaking with business owners about the real issues affecting their companies: profit, cash flow, pricing, sales, team performance, systems, operations, time pressure, and growth. These are not surface-level conversations. You will need to listen carefully, think commercially, ask sharp questions, and help prospects make clear decisions.
- You will sharpen your consultative sales ability, deepen your commercial understanding, and work with an international sales and marketing team that reviews calls, gives direct feedback, and wants serious performers to keep improving.

What You'll Be Doing
You will run consultative strategy calls with qualified builders and contractors.
That means:
- Leading sales conversations with qualified residential building company owners
- Diagnosing challenges across profit, cash flow, sales, team, systems, and operations
- Helping prospects understand what is holding their business back
- Presenting TPB's coaching solution clearly and confidently
- Handling objections with professionalism, directness, and emotional intelligence
- Closing qualified prospects and supporting a smooth handoff to onboarding and member success
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes, pipeline status, and follow-up tasks
- Working closely with MDRs, Setters, marketing, and sales leadership
- Participating in call reviews, training, forecasting, and performance coaching
- Hitting revenue, close rate, show rate, and activity KPIs
This is not a scripted order-taking role. You will be expected to lead the call, control the process, create clarity, and own revenue outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
You may come from sales closing, coaching, consulting, B2B services, construction, trades, business growth programs, or selling into owner-led businesses.
You will likely thrive here if you:
- Have proven sales closing experience
- Can build trust quickly with business owners
- Are confident discussing numbers, pain points, goals, and investment decisions
- Ask strong questions and listen beyond surface-level answers
- Can challenge prospects directly while maintaining rapport
- Handle objections with confidence, calm, and commercial intelligence
- Are comfortable with direct feedback and performance accountability
- Have strong CRM discipline and remote work capability
- Are self-motivated, resilient, and highly coachable
- Want to keep improving your sales craft
Experience selling into construction, trades, or owner-led businesses is a major advantage, but the bigger requirement is commercial sharpness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to close without pressure or hype.

- Commission-only role with serious upside: This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential of $100,000-$180,000+ annually, with top performers able to go beyond that.
- Independent contractor structure: Most of our sales roles are contractor-based, depending on your location and TPB's requirements.
